
A 100 year old family owned & operated agricultural and OPE dealership is looking for a team oriented sales person. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits. This sales position will be 40+ hours a week with a Saturday rotation, wage will depend on experience.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Maintain current customer relationships, in the potential to sells and rental in both new and used equipment.

Establish new customer relationships, to enhance sells, rental, parts, and service to increase loyalty.

Work with customers and potential customers to understand their needs, wants, concerns, satisfactions and expectations by seeking information and opinions.

Assign and manage inventory needs within the business
-
Manage in-kind equipment requests and complete paperwork correctly and accurately before entering info into business system.

Answer incoming text messages about equipment via internal texting program.

Answer Facebook messenger questions in regards to equipment.

Coordinate with Marketing department that equipment on MarketPlace and website are up to date.

Taking pictures of new and trade in machines and get info to Marketing Department

Any other duties as required or directed by the owner

The optimum candidate should posess the following:

High school diploma or GED.

Valid driver’s license with good driving record that meets the requirement of our insurance company.

Ability to occasionally travel out of the area for training classes offered by our venders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office.

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative to join our Landscape Sales team. You will be the inside point of contact for landscape & hardscape professionals. This role isn’t just about "taking orders"—it’s about providing technical expertise, managing project timelines, and building long-term partnerships with our professional clients.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation: Assist professional contractors with material selection (pavers, walls, hardscape accessories & erosion control products), and technical specs for Patio, retaining wall & lighting.

Design Assistance: Assist contractors & homeowners with design concepts of their outdoor spaces.

Order Management: Generate accurate bids and estimates for large-scale commercial and residential projects. Process orders via our POS system.

Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the yard and purchasing teams to ensure material is available when the customer arrives.

Relationship Management: Proactively follow up on quotes and reach out to inactive accounts to identify new business opportunities.

Logistics Support: Coordinate delivery schedules and "will-call" pickups to ensure a seamless experience for crews in the field.

Showroom Maintenance: Keep the sales counter and product displays organized, updated, and professional.

Qualifications
-
Experience: 2+ years in sales or customer service (landscape, hardscape, or construction industry experience is highly preferred).

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with hardscape materials, hardscape accessories and industry tools/equipment.
-
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; ability to communicate effectively with both crew members and business owners.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Outlook) and experience with POS or Inventory Management software.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs and ability to navigate an inventory yard in various weather conditions.

Weyers is looking for a team oriented Service Technician to work in their agriculture repair shop that includes tractors, agriculture equipment, lawn mowers, landscaping material and equipment. Wages, incentives, and bonus depend on experience and education. Starting at $20 per hour depending on experience.
